kinche Phulkari Jackets is an attempt to immortalise these unique pieces by converting them into wearable art. All pieces are made keeping environment sustainability in mind by not adding new fabric to the environment. 

This vintage Phulkari Trench  jacket with its muted fiery colours, brass button closures, stern long sleeves and a straight hem honours the vintage craft of Phulkari embroidery.

While ‘phulkari’ means floral work, it doesn’t just include flowers but also vibrant geometric shapes and motifs. The dynamic darn stitch on the wrong side of the fabric with resham thread is a trademark Punjabi craft practised by the women embodying as well as celebrating womanhood in all its prettiness and pluck.
